A Higher Power: You Need Courage

First I must say I quit with the help of my Higher Power and then
with the patch.I had tried many times only to fail every time.It
came down to not feeling healthy or good after I would smoke a
cigerette. It took mainly the williness and a lot of courage, not
to mention praying a lot.I'm 35 years old and I have two
daughters that I would love to see grow up.I knew if I continued
to smoke that would lessen my chances.I have found smoking to be
one of the hardest addictions to break, but once you do, you'll
be grateful you did and you'll never look back.I am truely
grateful I did.Good luck to everyone !!
