Cigarette Modification: Shred Your Cigarettes

I am not a smoker, but I know many. Reading through these posts, I have thought of a method of my own, even though I will never use it because I will never start. But anyways, I think you should take your last pack, dump it out onto a table at home while your alone and tear up all the cigarettes, just shred them with your hands. This can also be very stress relieving. While you're shredding them think of all the negative aspects of smoking also being shedded with them: the money, health problems, cravings, etc. When you're down to a nice pulp :) look at it . . . doesn't that look disgusting? Just imagine all of the junk in there . . . tar, arsenic, carbon monoxide, you can find the full list here: http://stepupnc.com/know/ingredients.htm What do you think of that? Do you really want to be putting all of that into your body? I didn't think so. Just stare at that mess a little longer, until you are absolutely disgusted with it and yourself for smoking it. That ought not make you want to pick up another one ever again.
