Exercise: Non-Smoking Marathon

This is a five-day method for people who like outdoor activities.
If you've always been a couch potato, this is not for you. I
smoked for ten years and have found this method to work
exceptionally well.
1. Start cutting back a few days before getting on a plane with a
couple of (non-smoking) friends to Salt Lake City, Utah.
2. Drive toward the desert town of Moab, Utah. Book yourself on a
river rafting trip and enjoy a ride down the Green River.
3. Finish the drive to Moab. Rent a mountain bike for two days.
Use it.
4. Hire a rock climbing guide for one day.
5. Drive back to Salt Lake City. Get back on a plane. Get back to
a physically active life sans smokes. Buy a couple packs of
Trident just in case you feel like chewing on something. That's
it.
