Body/Mind Relaxation Excercises.
Change to a stronger brand & reduce by 50% of your daily
consumption for 1 week.
Don't smoke at the normal trgger times.
Don't smoke in the usual places.
Always smoke your stronger brand in a designated place ie. one
that you do not smoke in normally such as the bathroom etc.
When smoking always visualise the harm that the smoke is doing.
The 2nd week receive Ego-strengthening, self-esteem therapy.
During the 2nd week start to reduce your smoking by one per day
until you are down to three.
Then receive Positive Suggestion therapy to enable you to quit on
that day.
Over the next three weeks use your relaxation tape, non-smoking
support tape and your deep breathing techniques
Any difficulty over this three week period, then return for
Increased Confidence Building therapy.
