My method is not to be recommended.
After urinating blood I was duly diagnosed as having cancer of
the kidney and have since undergone some serious surgery.Although
a pretty rare form of cancer smoking does seem to play a part in
the cause of this particular form of cancer.
I have been a smoker for 45 yrs and like most smokers I have been
trying to stop for most of that time and used every available
method that came on the market except the one that resides
between my ears.
Since having part of me removed it has certainly given me the
push that I needed to simply say `NO MORE`and there are times
when I miss a fag but to all of you out there I can say that it
gets easier by the week, and please dont leave it untill you are
given my incentive.
