Get Sick: Major Trauma

by Paulette Edwards

White Plains, Maryland
United States

I suffered major trama on my hip in Nov 2002 by my SUV right drivers back wheel ran over my hip area. After about 2 mos it eventually became infected and I suffered a low grade temperature for about a week. I also had Brochitis which I usuallly get once a year from having weak lungs due to smoking. I continued to try and smoke like normal but I was coughing through each ciggarette. For about a week it came to a point that I was hating to smoke and did not feel the withdrawal when there was long periods in between smokes but I still did not want to quit. I told myself well I might as well not smoke if I don't enjoy it anymore and I was feeling no withdrawal systems. I have been a smoker for 13 years smoking about one and a half pack a day. I loved to smoke. I am a christian and I believe this is a miracle from God. I have asked God to take my desire away from smoking and he did, I did not go through any withdrawal systems what so ever.
