Don't try to quit all in one day.The first day when you decide to
quit,after you have a cigarette close your mouth and breath
through your nose as much as possible.The urge to light one up is
not as strong.Although it wil still be present.Notice how long
you lasted and repeat the process over and over.You may notice
the urges coming further apart after a day or two.It still takes
a real effort to stop,but this is one trick that helped me.It
will also help with the nervous stomach some people get when they
try to stop.Your family and friends may all think you're mad at
them so explain what you're doing to them and tell them if it
helps.They'll understand
