Gradual Smoking Reduction: Keep Track of Your "Butts"

i quit yrs ago, but have been smoking again for the past 2 yrs. I
use to use a method called: "Kick The Habit", i think I paid
around $40. for it at the time. Has anyone else heard of it? I
want to use that method again. It really works. You use it for 21
days. You put a different filter on the cigerette each day, &
write down everytime you want a butt. (keep track) and by the
time you get to the last filter, you are done. It works! If
anyone has ever heard of this method, or knows where I can get
the filters again, would you please email me? That is
