I have not totally quit, but like many others i want to. I have to urge others around me to quit, and that makes me want to quit more and more each day. I went from smoking two packs a day, to 10 cigs a day, now that to me is an accomplishment. so my addvice is not cold turkey, just cut out one normally taken cig a day. then by the end of the week that first one you cut out is no longer remembered. keep doing this until you are down to minimal amounts then quit.
