Prepare Your Mind For The Battle:
Hi Friends,
I had been a smoker for 8 years with less than 1 pack a day.
Still It was a big thing to curb on smoking for me.
I have taken 77 attempts to quit smoking and the last one was a
success.
The method is cost-free and easy, as long as u make it easier.
1. prepare your mind for the battle of quiting smoking.
2. Never think of a cigar.
3. Forget, smoking is not at all a solution for stress at work,
family problems and anything else. Its a weak mind's friend (
FOE).
4. Strengthen your mind to give up.
5. Just think that u r not smoking for today. And start ur
evryday as TODAY.
6. In 7 days, u will forget that u were a smoker. U won't have
the urge for a cigar. In a month, you will behave like a
non-smoker and in a year, ur feeling will be negative towards the
smokers.....
Just a battle of mind. Do meditation and Forget smoking. Make the
world smoke free.
