Mental: Quitting State of Mind

For my money the one and only method is cold turkey.I've smoked
on average a 1.5 to 2 packs a day for 28 years.Now i've tried
quitting several times but was never successfull. This time it's
been 5 weeks and I know this time it's for good.I know this
because this time I did something different...I've gotten in a
quitting state of mind.Instead of thinking i'll Try to quit or
i'd like to quit, this time I didn't even attempt to quit until I
convinced myself that I am going to quit period. This took about 4
months, but when I finally did quit with the right frame of
mind,it's seems a bit easier this time then at any other attempt
and I know with all my heart and soul that I will never smoke
again. This web page is also helping considerably to curb urges I
get from time to time by reading the tips and tricks. This
rienforces to me how nice it is to be smoke free.
