I found that it took all of the anxiety of wanting to smoke away. Not only that, this pill tends to make me not real hungry all the time, therefore, the chance of weight gain is less. I also carry gum, mints, and listerine strips with me at all times. Furthermore, I bought a bottle of cinnamon sticks and keep one in my car and one in my purse at all times, so when I drive or chat on the telephone, out comes the cinnamon stick!!! (I also purchased the EZ Quit Cigarettes from this site!) Lastly, I listen to a subliminal tape that I purchased called "Forever Free of Cigarettes". It is calming and all you hear are seagulls and the ocean waves crashing against the shore, but your subconcious will pick up the messages that help to reprogram your subconcious into breaking the habit. These methods combined have helped me. Also, jumping on my exercise bike or going for a brisk walk when the urge hits not only helps with the craving, but will keep you in shape!!!
