Nicotine chewing gum.
Sorry guys, but I have to disagree with Joel Spitzer┤s article in
wich he says that the only way is cold turkey. That┤s a lie, I
tried it 2 yrs. ago and I only stayed for 2 1/2 months (bad
tempered and anxious the 70 days). Now I am trying the chewing
gum and it does calm me down. At least, nicotine is not harmfull
as the other 4000 chemical contents in the cigarrettes (64 of
which produce cancer). I┤m sure I will be able to reduce the
dosage in a period of 3 months (or less). this is my 5th. day
with the 2mg. gum (I┤m chewing 5 a day). I used to smoke about 30
cigarrettes a day.
