Outrageous: Changed by a Song

My husband and I were on our way home from a weekend trip to
Tulsa. He was driving and we'd stopped an hour earlier for a
"break". Of course for me that meant a cigarette. Since radio
stations were scarce, I popped in a brand new Yolanda Adams CD. I
listened to it all the way through once. There were 4 songs that
really struck a deep conviction in my heart. One in particular
where she sang from her heart about a friend that had died. After
the 5th time of listening to my various favorites on that CD, I
threw a full pack of cigs out of the car window as we were
traveling about 75 mph. I just know that I was prompted by a
Spiritual force to do that. Funny thing is my husband hated that
I had purchased the CD, he thinks they are frivolous. I haven't
told him yet that I believe that particular CD has changed my
life.
