Quit Smoking for Someone Else: Think of Your Future

I started smoking at a very young age, and smoked for 12 years. I
quit smoking when I was pregnant once and started up again
shortly after the pregnancy. Again I quit smoking because of a
pregnancy and this time I quit for good! It's been 10 months and
I feel great. I say that you must think of your future and want
to be around for it. Things like cancer and enphazema don't start
showing signs the same day you get it, it takes a while and then
it's to late. Do you want someone to have to explain to your
children or loved ones that your not around any more because of a
choice YOU made? Love yourself, love your health and stop
smoking! You can do it, I know you can!
