Quit Smoking For Yourself: Smoking Affects YOU
by Steve B

I started when I was 13. I'm now 17. My mom hated the fact I
smoked, and my girlfriend hated it worse. My best friends father
died of cancer, and smoking also caused complications in my
grandfather who is passed on now. I recently realized how smoking
will eventually effect my life so I decided to quit. I did not
quit for my mom, girlfriend or anyone other than myself. I saw
where my life was headed and although I've quit only quite
recently I realized it was the smartest choice. I feel so much
better in everything I do. They key in quiting in my eyes is to
do it for no one other than yourself.
