Quit With a Friend: You Have to Want to Give Up Smoking

Firstly take up a sport then with your friends who participate in
the sport with you who smoke go to pub and take out your boxes
of cigarettes and burst them into an ashtray then enter a
competition related to the sport where the idea of smoking can
mess up your chances of wiining. Usually a competition is about 3
weeks away and this gives you time to make that big effort but
the main key is and i can't stress it enough, YOU HAVE TO WANT TO
GIVE UP and NEED A REASON to do so i.e a new baby, a
competition a new partner who does not smoke, the reward for not
smoking has to be greater than the pleasure of smoking.
