smoked camels over 30 years . couldn't quit .many tries.
switched to havatampa jewels.(any cigar you dont like will do)
only smoked them when i was doing nothing else ( not with coffee
or a drink ) when i smoked i didn't watch tv ,listen to the radio
anything. only smoked. if your driving pull over .only smoke .
most important.you must find something to do with your hands
.something you can read some diversion.if you can't find that it
won't work.watching tv wont do it . new years day is agreat
day to quit .i quit this year and it was not that hard .
