Snacking: Rold Gold Pretzels to Quit Smoking

OK... this is going to sound like a Rolled Gold pretzel
advertizement, (I found I like them best!) but here goes.
After about 15 years of carrying a smoke pack and reaching for it
regularly, I found I was stopping in the process and having to
tell myself "no can't do that". My solution after day one was
to buy Rolled Gold tiny pretzel sticks and fill an empty
ciggarette package with these pretzels and place it in my leather
smoke pack. It was amazingly helpful. I no longer had to stop
myself from doing a thing that had become a habit. I could reach
for my smoke pack open pull one out and place it between my lips
without having to stop and tell myself no. I hope this will help
you as it did me. I quit March 10, and am just over four months
off ciggarette's now. Wish me luck!
