Teeth Cleaning: Crest White Strips Reveal The Disgusting Truth

I bleached my teeth using crest white strips. I bleached the top
teeth first and then the bottom teeth it took 8 weeks. I wasn't
allowed to smoke or drink any dark liquids. I do admit that I
cheated twice in the first week, but the second week when I was
brushing my teeth I noticed how yellow and gross my bottom teeth
were and realized I did not want to smile like that anymore and I
quit right then and there. I has been two years of not smoking.
Now I am the anoying person that asks people not smoke around
me because it really bothers me and makes me feel gross.
